Dr. Mallory Pollock is a physical therapist who graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science before furthering her education and receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Augusta University. Mallory’s passion for fitness began with her participation in 10+ years of competitive gymnastics, followed by competitive swimming and cheerleading throughout her high school and early college career. While beginning her career in the hospital setting gave her confidence in managing complex diagnoses, her desire to see her clients through later stages of care led her to transition into orthopedics. She received additional continuing education emphasizing principles of programming and dry needling to help her best serve this population. Mallory’s treatment style includes manual therapy techniques, functional movement analysis, progressive loading, and specific programming to meet individual client needs. Her goals are to reduce pain quickly, give her clients the tools to manage setbacks, and continue to push them toward their goals while empowering them to continue doing what they love.
